In order to appreciate the whole value of our product, it seems worthwhile to be aware of the transformation process of sugar cane into syrup and of syrup into sugar.

From sugar cane to syrup

The first step in the transformation of sugar cane consists in isolating the sucrose, by successively eliminating all other components from the plant. As soon
as it is brought to the factory, sugar cane is cut up then pressed by a range of mills so as to extract the juice

At this stage in the transformation, water
supply facilitates juice extraction. Once it
is obtained, the juice will be filtered, purified and evaporated. The juice having lost around 75% of its water content, it will be changed into syrup.
